with many digital cameras having various recording formats, what do you use to shoot wakeboarding? 24p, 30p, 60i? why?

60i. The faster frame rate allows for you to be able to slow it down and still have good quality video if you need to. If you take 30p for instance and slow it down by 50%, you will be playing 15 frames per second, making a sketchy video. take 60 and put it at 50% and you still have 30 frames a second, which is what almost all video is played back at on TV.
