Best Cheapest HD editing software

So I have PPro 1.5 and I need to get some software that I can edit HD footage with. There is no way I am going to drop 800 bux on cs3.. so my question is this, can someone give me some ideas on some good no so expensive HD editing software.. Is Final Cut Express any good?

Final Cut Express is great, not too expensive either.

iMovie HD is free! CS3 is not a video editing program BTW but I know the latest version of Premiere handles HD. Vegas video is another good one (not sure of the cost though)

Rich there actually is a Premier Pro CS3 from Adobe which I think Lyle is talking about...

Adobe must have added the "Creative suite 3" moniker to PS as well, thanks I didn't know that.
