It looks like a very short snowboard with snowboard-like bindings. I think there are two kinds: a soft kind made of foam and a wooden one which is called the "Trickbone", if my memory doesn't fail here. I guess you could use a really short snowboard, like a Gnu Nomis would be ideal, because it's just 120 cm long, but has the wide stance options, cause it's no children's board. You have to cover the steel edges well with lots of tape, though, because otherwise you'll ruin your tramp. Or you coul use a skateboard - just the deck with griptape, but without the trucks. Then wear shoes and tape the skate deck to your feet. You can practice all kinds of tricks like this...
