i have never heard of a cwb inferno, how old is the board

I believe the 2003 CWB Inferno was the same design as the 2002 CWB Absolute. Not positive, but pretty sure. Go to the board buyers guide here to check them out.

I thought that the 2003 Absolute is now the 2004 Pure? Oh well, who knows.

Great board, fast, good pop, edges hard. The 04 Absolute pops much harder, is a tad slower. lands softer.

Yeah, I have the Pure and love it.

Its the 2002 absolute. I just bought a brand new Flame (nice name) and its the 2003 absolute because I heard its is a nice board. I like it.

Hey Sam I have an I/O so we have a small wake. But my first day out on it with wind on the water i had a blast. It landed softer than my 2002 belmont and it cleared the wake easy. Hunt around this week and you should be able to get 2nds or demo's at the dealers. I did and got this 2nd really cheap.

I had Inferno last year,absolute this year,I agree with WikedeeWak.

They are all descendants of the original Absolute from 2002, this years Absolute is a little bit of a tweak from last years. The biggest ride change was from 2002 to 2003. So basically the 2003 Absolute or 2004 flame/freedom are a better ride and this years is a small tweak. Next years is supposedly going to be similar but with some serious changes!
