March Vacation for wakeboarding in the south

Im looking to take a vacation near the end of march to some where in the south. I have no idea where to go. I dont want to drive all the way to florida, im looking for somewhere in between. I could really care less about water temp as long as the air is warm. If you could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

North Carolina... Charlotte area: Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, Mountain Island Lake. Lots of great riding and restaurants etc... Check out Google Earth to see the lakes.

End of March should be plenty warm and not too busy!

Lake Wylie in NC supposedly has a hot spot year around from a power plant

Scott, so does Belews Lake in the Winston-Salem area.
