MB uses 14" squares of this, all overlapped a few inches continuously around the entire hull.

I really like how MB folds over the vinyl and then they sew it, looks really custom. I went to the boat show and saw the 24' tomcat, looked like a bad episode of pimp my ride.

I researched boats for several years before buying a 2000 B52 DD. They were practically unknown in So Cal at the time, but they had a very good reputation. I put 350+ hrs on it. Next boat was a 02 B52V and put 200 hrs. I now have a 06 B52 V23. The local dealer (John Cranny) has gone "way beyond" with his customer service. He's a big part of why I'm a lifetime customer.
