Picked up my new B Side today. Old 2008 had developed some bubbles in the top shell and the shell eventually started to separate along the toeside edge seam. Sent them some pictures (including one of the old board destroyed), and they sent me a new one.

Shame to have to destroy the old board, but I understand. Plan to make a chair out of it if I can figure out how to make a chair frame.

Make a frame out of PVC pipe and coupling. All of my warranty dealings in the wakeboard industry have been very positive. It is nice to see a company stand behind their product.

Great suggestion on the PVC - thanks.
