I picked up a small Freestyle board from Larry for my 6 yr old to learn on (hopefully) this summer. I think it was around or under 4 feet. It doesn't have a fin, but has the mounts for a wakeboard style fins front and rear. Any suggestions for fin(s) should I put front and rear?

With fins that should be a very good board for a beginner.

An expert can ride that board without a fin. First timers and beginners definitely should ride with a fin. It should come with fins. Double check the shipping box. Give Larry a call.

I would put some 2" to 2.5" wake board fins on it. Put it on both sides. Once your 6 year old learns you can put smaller fins on it.
