I Was on the delta this weekend when the engine on my Wakesetter completely cut out leaving us dead in the water. While troubleshooting the problem and waiting for a tow back to our place, I called my dealer - Dave Bautista, GM of Ultimate Watersports in San Jose. Dave helped me identify the problem as a bad electronic voltage module in the distributor. Dave found a new part in the shop and personally delivered it to Rivers End Marina along with instructions for how to easily change it out. After a 10 minute installation, I was back on the water Saturday night and continued to have a great weekend.

Needless to say, Dave and the guys at Ultimate went out of their way to make sure I could stay on the water for the weekend. I know everyone says how important it is to have a good dealer who works with you and now I have personal experience to back that up.

Anyhow, thanks to Dave and all the guys at Ultimate Watersports for their help and great attitude about customer service!
