Do you guys have inboard chargers or do you hook up to a charger once you are back in storage? I've always just hooked up once I get back or the night before we go out but am exploring getting some onboards for the new boat. Thought? Are there any draw backs!
Thanks
Craig

What do you mean? Lots of people have "onboard" chargers. I would plug it in anytime you can if it is a smart charger that will turn on/off automatically and has a float feature. If you have a regular counter top charger that is fine. The only advantage to an onboard charger is that it is already wired in and all you have to do is plug it in to an AC power source. Both counter top or onboard chargers can have multiple banks, smart charging programs, etc...
