i have a mobius XLV and in the past 3 weeks i've damaged 2 props putting the boat on the trailer. the first time i though ok just a freak thing but then after happening again i was like ok something isn't right. after looking at my trailer compared to others we noticed that the guide poles on mine were way to far out, 8" instead of the normal 4-5". i contacted skiers choice to tell them my problem and they asked for pics. i sent them pics and almost imediately they replied and said yes something isn't right so they forwarded the pics to boatmate. boatmate replied back within minutes and said yes there is a problem. it looks like the wrong guide poles were put on. so they are sending out new poles and are on top of the problem! just wanted to give these companies praise for being on top of things and handling this way faster than i could have hoped for!

It's always nice to hear about stand up companies that do the right thing. Good job Skier's choice and Boatmate.

I agree... I recently had a Vdrive issue and contacted Skiers Choice and got a personal email from Rick Tinker as well as a personal call from the GM of Indamar and withing hours the boat was fixed.
Way to step up!

I guess those of us who were under the impression you might be unable to properly load the boat need to insert foot into mouth!

4-blades up to SC and Boatmate!

NAW....if you properly load the boat you don't need guidepoles. I would equate them to bumpers on bowling lanes. None-the-less what SC and boatmate did was beyond what I would have expected.

Way to go entrust. My boats at the dealer right now because of my Boatmate trailer. I hope to get the same good news.

Isn't it sad how excited we get when "service providers" and/or "product companies" actually meet or exceed our expecations. Kind of a sad reality.
