ZeroFlex stress cracks

What's the best way to repair these?
Both rear legs have stress cracks about midway up. I had a guy weld a bead around the cracks the first time and noticed the other day that one of the welds was cracked again.
Now what?

Post pics. Are they at a joint, or just kinda out in the middle of the tubing?

That's weird, I've seen those towers crack at weld joints before, but not in the tubing itself.

Agreed.... Those towers had numerous bad welds, but I've never seen a tube fail. Pics Please.

My '00 Zero Flex had cracking in the tubing and welds. I ended up getting a new tower.
