Custom made sacks for closed bow Nautique?

I have a 1982 S/N model 2001, with the closed bow. We have the side sacks and the water seat in the rear, but really need some sacks in the bow to balance the boat.

There was a guy who made custom fitted ones in Santa Rosa but he no longer does it. Does anybody else know who might make custom fitted sacks?

I want to set one in the front end of the bow, plumb it with a two-way pump and control it from the boat's dash by a flick of the switch.
