My buddy needs a bigger board that will fit in a Titan swivel rack. I am thinking an Inland Surfer Red Woody might work. What do you guys think?

Mikeski, your buddy needs to get the right board for his surf style, not one just because it fits his rack. There are many racks he can add on for any board type. Example: www.endlesswavesurfracks.com

There is also a big difference as to what you mean by "fitting". If you are asking if you can "fit" a wakesurf board in a wakeboard rack usually the answer I have found is no unless it's a skim board.

Also if you force a wakesurf board into a wakeboard rack you will likely damage the rubber deck or scratch the board. Additionally the forks on a Wakeboard rack are significantly shorter than those of a wakesurf rack which provide much less support especially if you hit a big wave and jolt the boat.
Just my opinion.
