ok with a wakeskate you cant lift the nose of the board up with your front foot, so the height of the ollie comes from how hard you slam the tail into the water. Try slowing your speed down to make the water softer under you, to allow for more movement into the water. Also later on once you get more comfortable on your skate try pulling the handle in to your leading hip while performing the ollie this will get you a little more height.
