Summer pictures

With the temperature at -8 right now, I am sure most people are going as crazy as I am. Being at work just makes it even more so.... How about we each post one picture of the warmer days... Can be anything you want, just has to be warm when it was taken. (I will add one once I am back at my home computer.)

Here ya go, pic taken a couple of days ago going on dusk in a bay off the main lake where we've been riding the last week or so.

Tom, its lake Rotoiti, pronounced (Row-toe-eat-ee) located in the central north island of New Zealand. I was sitting on the deck having dinner one night and had to take the pic because it was so awesome. J-Rod, happy to to hook you up with a tow if you ever find yourself down in our neck of the woods.

You know when you get up at sunrise and you stagger down to the boat, bags are already full, mild hang-over still in your head, sleep in your eyes, same board shorts you had on yesterday. Your the first in the 80 deg water and you just slice up the butter and find your Chi. Yea....can't wait.

I cheated I am posting 2. Just love the sunsets in the summer, butter for miles, a cooler of beer waiting to be slammed, Tired wornout body. Guess that means its time to book a trip to FL!

Hell ya, I'm with all of you! Here in Colorado it's been bitter cold and we have been getting a ton of snow. I am living up in the highcountry for the Winter so I guess that's what I get! I drive past the lake almost every day thinking, just thaw and get warm outside! I am over Winter eventhough I have had some amazing pow-pow days. It's time for some lake time in the boat!

i want to make it to NZ within the next few years. my girl just started working for a company based out of NZ so there's my excuse. when she comes down there i'm taggin along and i'm hittin you up!!!!!

I always dug this shot. Its like 4 years old now. As I recall, I was trying to blast a crow mobe as big as i can, needless to say I did landed blind and thought I had it, you know that feeling you get when you absolutely amaze yourself with what you just landed, so chest over toes and riding blind I go. I stand up striaghter to grab the handle and then get totally owned by my heelside edge! It ended my day, damn I love this sport, where else can you get absolute joy immediatly follow by extreme pain...
