seems like alot of people alawys have problems with hitting things underwater , do these mess up the wake , would they help solve the some of the problems??

yea u would think someone may look into something like that. maybe your post will help people see it's available or an idea to employ on their boats. wish i had something similiar, we have bent 3 props this season alone, we're havin a bad year but still havin fun. can u find out who sells it and if it is available for different models of boats? that would help.

seems like it might save your prop, but do some major glass damage if you hit something static.

looks like that's built into the hull? Is that on a painted aluminum boat??

That is a semi-displacement hull. 13 knots tops. There are variations of this for planing hulls - it is called "keel drive." It messes with high speed handling, lifts the hull, creates additional drag, and decreases wake. Great for trawlers, though.

its on most shamrock boats , i live on saltwater with very few wakebordboats but it jsut seems it would help some of the problems

what if they put a foil coming off it so it could pull it down instead of up to make it kinda like a wedge
