seems like alot of people alawys have problems with hitting things underwater , do these mess up the wake , would they help solve the some of the problems??
yea u would think someone may look into something like that. maybe your post will help people see it's available or an idea to employ on their boats. wish i had something similiar, we have bent 3 props this season alone, we're havin a bad year but still havin fun. can u find out who sells it and if it is available for different models of boats? that would help.
That is a semi-displacement hull. 13 knots tops. There are variations of this for planing hulls - it is called "keel drive." It messes with high speed handling, lifts the hull, creates additional drag, and decreases wake. Great for trawlers, though.
