Any news on San V reopening?

Just curious if anyone has heard any info if and when san v will reopen for winter riding?
I know there going to close for a something like 4 years to raise the dam adn water level, but I thought was not going to happen till the end of 07.

Last time I called the clowns end of November. So we'll be riding just in time for Christmas. Give 'ole Sharon a call(619)668-3274 and see what she says this time. And what the excuses are for not filling it.

I've been here for 17 years and they have never let the water level go that low that early. Are we in a drought right now? I think they dont have the money to pay the employees. Or their budget was cut to help backfill the employees retirement system debauchery.

Hopefully the cable park opens, it will be a hit. I know a few who will have season passes including myself. Any news on any other lake opening? I did not ask when I spoke to ms. Sharon.
