I'm in michigan and hacked my
Prop up so I need a new one and might as well upgrade. Any recommendations for running that weight?

I ran the OJ 14.25 diameter x 14 pitch on my 2009 21v running that much weight at 5000' at the 340 hp Indmar engine with no problems. It's very similar to the Acme 1433.

OJ 14.25 x 14. I am sure ACME runs a comparable prop as others have said. I am a huge fan of the 14.25 x14 and have run it for years and I am sure you will get the same results from the ACME, but I can assure you the OJ will do what you need.

I have an OJ 14.75x13 on my 21v. It tops out at about 38 but has no trouble with 3,000. Just by feel we are thinkin it could handle another 1k poundsor more but I don't have any more sacs to test our theory.

I have a 99 x star that I run with about 3000 pounds and I went with the Acme 1235. It provides great power out of the hole and really reduces prop slip when turning. The only downside is that it really reduces top end speed, so if you have to go a ways before you can ride you may want something else. My speedos are always clogged so I don't know how fast we go when we wakeboard, but I generally tach about 3700 at riding speed.

I'd recommend the OJ 14.25 X 14 as well. This is what I upgraded to on our 21V and we run at 6,000 feet of elevation with 2,400lbs. It works well. The stock prop could hardly plane out, but this one gets up in a hurry.

I agree with most everyone else. I have an OJ 14.25 X 14 also on my '07 21v. I run 2500lbs ballast plus family and I don't have any issues with the boat coming up on plane. With this prop I turn around 3100rpms at riding speed. Top speed is around 43mph with no ballast (although I never push it that hard).

Hope this helps.
