Hard Tanks..............

so my buddy wants to plumb in a second hard tank into the starbord locker of his malibu 23 LSV for surfing. but what i need to know is where is a really good site that has a huge scllection of tanks already and a place were they can be custom made... bc i saw a site someone posted on here a while back with a ton of tanks..
