Hey just wanted to let everyone know that Dave Briscoe is going to be coming through town June 3rd and 4th doing wakeboard lessons (June 5th will be an optional day if the weather is bad or the schedule fills up).

He is an incredible coach and I encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity as he is still a personal coach to many of the top pros currently on the tour (Parks, Sharpe, Soven, etc...) so he definitely knows his stuff.

To get more info on him check out: www.thewakeboardcoach.com

The rates for lessons are:

$125 half day
$225 full day

This is payable at Boat & RV World/MAWI or by phone at 405-478-5668.

Please feel free to call or message me if you need any more info!

Are the lessons going to be at the cable park or behind a boat?

Behind a boat out at Lake Liberty. It's only about 2 minutes away from the cable park.

You can ride on lake liberty,or is that just a privledge given to your dealership? What about guthrie? I thought they were just both small fishing lakes. I know guthrie is big enough to hold a couple wake boats, not sure on liberty.

We just got back from a lesson with Dave. He is an awesome coach! We had a lot of fun and he Chandler clean up his toeside jumps, then he worked with him on his backroll, but he had him do the mexican backroll instead. He is REALLY close to riding it away. I think Friday he will get it when he goes out with Ryan. I HOPE!

Liberty lake was perfect for wakeboarding btw! Anyone can get on it, there's no swimming but you can wakeboard apparently! The ramp is tiny and not the easiest access, but it works!
