I just brought home my new 210 with Titan tower
I noticed with the tower down its no taller than the windshield. It looks like a custom cover could be put on top of the lowered tower. Some
bracing would have to be made to hold the tower.
It would keep bugs and wind off. Is there something I am seeing?

They ship from CC with the tower down so I see no problem towing with the tower down as long as it is secure. A wood brace is put between the tower and the floor from before it leaves factory. Looks like it is made from 2x4s. Your dealer may have it or you could probably make something similar and nicer.

See these pics.

I tow with my tower up but wrap the top bar with saran wrap to keep bugs off. Takes 2 minutes and works great.
