a tv network just sent my company an HD camera (Sony HDW-750) as part of a production agreement. I took it to Texas on assignment for filming.

One word........UNREAL!!!

The camera is so user friendly(granted you know how to run a professional grade camera with everthing on manual) , except for the extra weight. Im use to an Sony DSR. Hopefully this time next year, we will be producing HD shows. Im stoked!

I don't believe you. Maybe you should send it to me so I can see for myself!

You sure it wasn't a JVC HD10? (hahahahaha - just kidding) Did they send you an HD deck to go with that pup? What are you going to digitize it with?

The funny thing was that when we got back to the office we had to go out and buy an HD monitor to be able to view a proper r??A??t??he footage. We had to run it out of the camera to the source monitor. No HD deck yet.
We forgot about that part.
Upgrading to HD is gonna be very costly.
New monitors, decks, expansion card for the Adrenaline system, and ALOT more storage!
