Stoked!: The Lexus IS250 was too small for the family after the wife sold the SUV so I needed to get a station wagon. Had a good look around and found the VW Passat R36 which ticked all the boxes, 300+ hp, full time 4wd and crazy good DSG gear box. The touch screen sat nav/phone/ media system is super nice too. Take delivery for Easter, YAY!

You need to return it....they must have accidentally put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car.

Nice! We have an Audi S4 Wagon and love it. They have stopped importing them to the States though...

Beautiful car and color

I agree though that steering wheel is on the wrong side unless it is a boat

When I lived in New Zealand and did 6th Form there (like 11th grade US High school), I had no problems driving on the left side of the road. When I came back to the States, I crushed my left hand a few times against the door looking for the gear shift that was not there. It was harder coming back to driving on the right side.

Look at the Audi A3. It looks like the same care. I test drove one a couple years ago. Very nice care. All wheel drive, the paddle shifters, navigation. I think the Audi had a turbo 2.5L with 250 HP. I think I test drove the 6 cylinder. Very smooth.

The Audi S3 is a class down, I think they share the same platform as the Golf. The Passat is between the A4 & A6 in size. Should get it Thursday, they are installing the bluetooth phone interface tomorrow. Cleaned up the Lex today, its still a beautiful car, be sorry to see it go.

That thing is sic, that car is not available in the states I dont think. I have a 2009 Jetta Sportwagon, TDi and love the car (wifecar). I got to drive it last week since she was out of town. Best $25K I have ever spent on a car. I want to get her a new one, so I can have that one. RS4 is the next car for her. Congratulations on a great purchase of a VW R32 passat. You will not be disappointed.

We usually don't get any of the good wagons in the states but I did see that there is a cts v wagon coming. It should be a really cool car.

Hahahaahhhhha

My Dad bought several fine American Wagons over the years, a Vega, an AMC Hornet (looks a lot like that Eagle), Plymouth Reliant (w/ wood trim of course), Chevy Caprice Classic (wood trim again but a V8 this time to tow our old boat). They now have a BMW Wagon, 3 series all wheel drive. Guess that starts to make up for the Hornet...
