My friends I ride with have trucks or tahoes that have enough room for all plus they have kids and a family. I have a reg truck with room for 3. Also we do the switch which is we don't pay each other for pulls we just switch boats. When I take my boat we need another car sometimes. It kinda makes me feel bad that we have to take another car. I will be getting another truck soon. Also I have no need for a extended cab I have no kids just me and my gal. What would others do or what is your insite on it.

Well I would own a Suburban :-)

I use my truck to haul 4x8 sheets of sheet rock, plywood, and melamine all the time, along with other things. The roof rack handles hundreds of pounds of steel. It is nice being able to lock whatever contents I am carrying in the truck, like snowboards, wakeboards, tools, etc. This coming week I am leaving my truck for my brother to use for hauling our family around, as it carries 7 comfortably.

Get the quad cab already you over analyzer! LOL

Edit: Shoot forgot to mention being able to inflate an air mattress so we can sleep in the back. Also have dual batteries and 110 volts for heating blankets, etc.

Turbo Yugo (46.78 psi).

Sometimes we have more fun on the drive to the boat than behind the boat.

I have a 98 Tahoe, and I live 2 miles from the lake. Usually everyone just meets me there. I have high hopes of getting an F250 PSD in the near future.

Wasn't something along the lines of "Dude! That was like fn Nascar sh" one of the lines used to describe our drive Jeff?

As for our crew, well the boat stays in the lift at the lake so it's anything from the family mini van, my two door, friends cars, or multiple vehicles.

We meet at the dock, however they want to get there. Might have to change that this summer, didn't get much help loading/unloading/gas or anything. It was my first summer with a boat though, things will be corrected this season ;)

I walk down the yard and either get in our boat or stand on the pier waiting for whoever has the boat we are using that day to swing by and pick me up. Depending which way the wind is going, I might drive across the lake and drop anchor and then get in their boat.

Last season we would hook the boat up to the 78 mercury station wagon and roll out. Woodgrain, baby blue vynal, it was great. This year I got a standard cab truck so I can sit 3 the rest can stay home or meet me there. Less people = more riding time.

Boxing day is the day after Christmas. It is supposed to be where you box up your old stuff for the poor. In todays society it means you box up your gifts to return them to the store!
