About $100 including shipping. Polyethelene skin, foam interior. That's not a bad price for folks just wanting to see if they even like the sport.

Jeff ,
how are these made and with what

My guess is that the HDPE is glued up on the bottom - some skimmers with that super white bottom have this also. The PE on the top and rails is shrink wrap :-) The process, no doubt, is:

1) Put the foam in a PE bag, heat it to shrink it.

2) Glue up the HDPE bottom, then

3) Insert the fins / fin boxes.

i dont think that its a good beginner board because if the board doesnt work and its hard to do on the board why would they like wakesurfing? (not tryin to stir things up jeff haha just my opinion.) i bet it would be hard for a good wakesurfer to even surf that.

I don't know about you guys! I think it will be just what I am looking for. A tiny bit more responsive, without being too loose. Plus, everyone knows that RED BOARDS are fast. :-)

I've never seen a magic carpet used on the water before.Pretty sweet!

Everyone knows you can't surf a magic carpet - those babies only fly! Once they get wet, they are ruined. C'mon be realistic Jay T. :-)

That's the infamous SURF DOOR in the picture. Note the telltale knob.
