Very nice ride Mike. I've got a good friend with one almost like it - a white secondary instead of the grey.

His wake hurts my knees!

Mike, my brother and I were having a conversation about if money were no object.....and that my friend is the boat I would choose hands down. I mean I LOVE our Moomba, but if I had some extra $$$ kicking around, that setup right there would be my first choice bar none. Nice ride.

Sean,
Yea I pulled it home with my Tacoma. It made it home but I won't do it again. I've been looking all week for another vehicle. We'll see what I end up with.....

I dunno I don't really like the spare tire there, you can still see it, and you don't even see the nice shiny part like how they traditionally mount em, you just see the tire.

Travis:

I have a 2003 SAN and have the exact same trailer. I really like the location of the spare tire.

The previous boat, a 2001 Air Nautique, had the spare tire mounted in the more traditional location, up at the bow. It was nothing but in the way and a hazard. I managed to get tire marks on the hull from bouncing off the tire loading the boat on the trailer. Makes it harder to wash the boat.

Hiding the spare underneath also hides the big ugly chain and padlock I have on it to make sure that the spare will be there when I need it.....

I saw this boat on the lot where you bought it, right before you picked it up. I was trying to decide between the VLX and this. Seeing yours helped me make the decision. It's even more beautiful in person. I'm picking mine up next week... can't wait to get it wet.
