I’m from Holland but moved to Newark in Delaware couple of months ago. Now the weather is getting better I really want to start wakeboarding again. I have been looking online but I can not find any places where I can wakeboard. Does somebody know where I can go wakeboarding in Delaware????

Yeah there is a great river about 1 hour in southern delaware called the nanicoke river. Gets like glass in the late afternoons.

See the New Jersey riders 2006 thread. We board on the Delaware north of Philadelphia.

John, what part of Delaware do you ride in???? My parents have a place in Milford, on a visit I noticed someone riding behind a wakeboat on a lake between Milford and Rehoboth somewhere near the Rookery?

Rita Bjorg,

You could hit the Elk river near Elkton, MD.
Also the Bohemia river and the Sassafras rivers in MD. All mostly fresh or brackish water. Try contacting Chessie marine, they are the closest and largest dealer to that area. www.chessiemarine.com

They handle Nautique and Centurion.

Do you have your own boat?

You may also want to check out the NJ wakefest going on this saturday in Bordentown, NJ.
Go to the NJriders 2006 thread.
