I just swiped a few pictures from the CC.com site thread of the same name, here

I may be losing my mind, but I could swear there was a picture from the first ever WWSC held down in Mission Bay of the wake behind a similar boat. It would have been the regular side wake, and I recall there was a guy riding a Rusty Shortboard behind it. Back to the camera, but the R Rusty logo was prominent on the nose. Does anyone else remember that picture, or am I imagining things? :-)

Got the pics from our rep. today. This was the first I had heard of it but I am sure we will not be ordering 1. Cheap price but not real sure about it.

Kind of looks like a bass fishing boat. I am curious to see if will put out a good surf wake. The swim step certainly would not be an issue of messing up the wake.

That is exactly like the Gekko Bazooka, Whats going on. Did they but molds from Gekko?

Hey Rob,

If you look at the link in the first post you can "sorta" get the details. The Gekko Bazooka was, in fact, manufactured from the Centurion Wave molds.

Long story short, as I understand it. Mr. Overbye while operating the Gekko marke wanted to add a wakeboat to his offerings. Fineline allowed Gekko to market the Bazooka, while manufacturing the boat for Gekko. Fineline has owned that mold the whole time.

I rode in & behind the Wave down on the Parker Strip a few years ago. Descent wake though but it rode terrible. Most of the seating is by the driver or in front of him. Crappy interior layout..... especially if you live in a place like I do where we LIKE sitting behind the windshield.
