Looking for suggestions on weighting an X-2 along with photos of the end result.

dont have any pics but I weight my X2 by starting out with an empty boat and then wiegh down the bow, I put 550 of lead under the seats, then weigh down the back untill the boat is level. This makes a big awesome wake. Not to steep but has a nice kick.

we are talking surfing, right?

Stock ballast filled on one side. 300 lb sac filled next to ballast in back. leave weight in the front, if you don't, wake won't form right. Just move everything to one side and you are good to go. Drive around 10 mph plus or minus and you have yourself a fabulous surf wake.

Looking for pics and will post soon...

Damn, I think that is the first curl I have ever seen on a boat wake!

Here is the key to the clean curl on an X2-

Fill internal ballast in boat full to brim

Launch Pad 550lb. in bow area

Launch Pad 350lb. in rear on rider side

Launch Pad 350lb. on floor on rider side

Full tank of gas

Lastly - add as many friends as possible

The X2 needs to be weighted up front, otherwise the wake turns to mush/whitewater from plowing

Move your people around the boat to "fine tune"

itsme, when you say internal ballast, does that mean your filling all of them? Here is my fiance in our X-2. This is how we are setup

center ballast full 250
Rear Rider Side Ballast 250
Opposite Rider side ballast 1/2 full
Rider Side Locker V-Drive Sack 350
Behind Driver on Riders side- Fat Sack 550
In bow on rider side - fat sack 550
