Don't overfill your motor, you'll just get worse oil pressure. Which you definitely don't want. Just like Art said, think about operating angles between cars and boats. The forces that your car puts out are definitely much stronger than that of your boat, especially when surfing. Your boat is desinged to run at angles and on plane. Your boat more than likely has a boat specific sump, which keeps your pump covered with oil, which keeps oil throughout your entire motor, just like your car does. I would look at plugs first too. Proper maintenance is the biggest key, stay on top of it and your boat will be find. (Message edited by bac on October 16, 2008)
