I just got a new rope with removable parts and was wondering what a good rope length is considering i have a very small wake.

It really depends on the boat. You don't have to remove the lengths to shorten the rope, just loop it where you want it.

Personally I ride behind a Sanger V210 fully weighted. I usually ride that boat at 23.7 m.p.h. @ 70 feet of rope, same goes for a weighted Malibu Wake Setter VLX. If I'm riding behind a Super Air Nautique, or in a tournament, I usually ride about 75 feet.

I suggest since you have a small wake I would start at 60 feet and work your way out until you find the sweet spot.

the biggest part of the wake with the least amount of white wash is the best place for your rope...get your boat up to speed and then let your line out to that point.
