Anyone know of indoor boat storage in the San Jose area? Where and how much?

Hey Tim - how about shrink wrapping your boat and storing it outdoors. I'm sure the cost of indoor storage in San Jose is quite expensive. Click on my profile for more information on Shrink Wrapping.

No go Anthony. I use the boat through winter. Right now it fits in my garage, but we're looking into moving and will probably need storage during the transition.

Orwood has lockers. Would save trailering to the delta too. There is also storage going in at Discovery Bay (Newport and Hwy 4). With that you could fill up gas at Safeway (cheap) and trailer 2 miles to Orwood. Not sure which is better. Gas at Orwood dock is like $2.60 while gas at Safeway is like $2.00. But, storage at Orwood may include free launches.

Tim,

In the past we used an indore storage in SJ. I cant remember the name off the top of my head but I will find it for you. The place was fairly cheap and clean. Shoot me an email when you get a chance and I will have the info for you.

I know that Liquid Wrenches in Livermore has indoor storage, $200 per month.

The Orwood storage does include launches. I know they were on a waiting list for the summer, but you may be able to get in now as the colder months are approaching?

another option is the Lazy M Marina in Byron. I know they have indoor storage as well.

It's not as nice a marina as Orwood but I believe the storage is the same.
good luck

Or of course the Dry Stack at Disco Bay. I think is about $185 or so.
