I'll be in the Victoria area Sunday for 3 weeks and would love to bring my board and get some riding in if anyone's braving the temps. I have a 4/3mm wetsuit, gas money, and more than enough enthusiasm!

Let me know or shoot me an email at ghost_darkness@hotmail.com

I've been temped to bring the boat out lately... we've had a couple of sunny days but its still pretty damn cold to hit the water here! Needs to get to at least 10 degrees before I seriously consider it.. with sweats and a drysuit.

Stu your nuts man! well not really i suppose if I had my boat in the valley I would probably break our the drysuit and go too. Last time I went in the fall up at our summer house my head was going numb from the cold air.lol.

We were riding out here until late October this year. The guys kept thinking I was nuts rocking out the 4/3 but that things pretty toasty!

It's been 3 months with a wakeboard... I'm not too concerned about how cold! Giddy up!

I'm in Seattle, I get my boat out of storage at the beginning of March...if you are still around, I might try to take it out then.

Dave, my buddy called me up about 9am on saturday and said he saw some guy skiing on the fraser as he was driving from poco to mission! I was in fort langley that day walking my dogs too and the river was just glassssss...

That's it... i'm hooking everything back up this week sometime and getting it ready to go. I was already dying to go after checking out the boat show last week but now that I know a skier was out there I def need to go!

Let me know Stuey!

While this weekend isn't supposed to be anywhere near warm I'm still itching to ride.

I'm contemplating borrowing 3 bike racks from campus and getting pulled behind my truck down on the lagoon... getting caught by security pending of course.
