Ill be in Orlando the 11th through the 28th. Lookin to rent the 11th through 21 as my dad will be there the remainder of the trip. Im under 25 so Its an extra $25 a day just because of that. I looked at priceline.com and called, Dollar, budget, hertz, and enterprise all with about the same results.

Jason that would be soooooo awesome if your friend was up to letting me rent his truck! Could you ask him or get me in contact with him? THANKS!

Jesse before I was 25 I rented a bunch of cars when I would go visit Orlando. You just need to find the right rental place. Don't go through a big name rental agency. Tip the guy a bit and your in the clear. Tell them you need them to help you out and you will make it worth their while. Done it many times.

Rent from a non-airport location. For example Hertz Local Edition or the equivalent from other companies.

Non-airport is the way to go! I drove a loaded Malibu for $24.99 daily while my truck was in the shop. Hertz seems to have the best deals.

You can get the u-haul pickups.... a normal sized chevy was the one I saw the other day, and I think it said $19.99 a day

the only bad side about u haul is that u have to pay for the mileage used on top of the rental fee.

I rented a PT cruiser at the St Pete airport for 199.99 for the whole week last spring. I would check into that. Only about 2 hrs from Orlando.

Need some more legit options. Ill pay anyone in Orlando or the surrounding area $400 if I can use their car from the 12th through 21st.

Try looking up rent-a-wreck. These are cheaper and may work for you.

We use to rent U_haul trucks when we were under 25. Do an in town truck and its crazy cheap.

Oh I totally missed the under 25 part. We rented one somewhere back in '99 that didn't require you to be 25....let me think about this for a minute.
