Are you replacing wood as a precautionary or is it bad? That wood should not be rotten and should be warranted if it is. The wood that is used holds a lifetime warranty and, my understanding is, Sanger has never had a case of rot with the Aqua Beam they are using now. I believe the entire line was switched to Aqua Beam in the early 2000's. If you are replacing it as a precautionary move, I would contact the factory first to find out if the wood in your boat is 100% Aqua Beam. If it is, and you replaced wood with someone else, you used an inferior product. You can connect with the factory at
