How do you upload Video to that site

If you mean to Wakeworld, then you can't. Upload it to Wakepics.com and then post a link here.

I thought Wakepics.com was a bad word, but that was the place i was talking about. I cannot get my vids to upload. What format do they need to be in?

WMV, MPG or MOV format for vid files. They need to be 19MB or smaller.
