Yes. If your gonna tow with the cover on the boat, you have to put the poles up in the boat. When you tow without the poles the cover collapses in the middle from the wind. It then causes the velcro on the side to come apart and the zipper beats on the tower. Easy fix, but a pain. Either don't tow with the cover or put the poles up. The local saleman should know about that.

towing with your cover on when its not storming out

It's not my boat and this one is not trailered with the cover on. It's actually corrosion and I was fixing it for a local dealer. The paint on the tower is so thin I was just wondering if anyone has seen this. On this particular g25 it the tower was pitted from the corrosion. Just a heads up and keep an eye on it.
