I have a 2009 CWB transcend that I broke this past weekend. Everyone says I should send it to CWB. Has anyone done this before? Whats their policy on broken boards? The board also started to lose its laminate the first year I had it. Maybe it was a lemon.

its 2012 so youre SOL. their warranty is 2 years. you shouldve sent it back year one if it delaminated, my .02

Go back to your dealer and see if they will make some calls for you but 2 years is 2 years... and you've ridden it for 3? Sorry bub, part of the game

Sorry fellas but CWB does not have a 2 year warranty. They have a 1 year warranty as well as a Limited Lifetime warranty where they will replace at half current retail.

Past experience says to give em a call versus email.

Give them a call, take some pics and see what happens, they've treated me very well over the years on warranties, but I haven't warrantied anything in about a year, so who knows. Never hurts to ask.
