We hate to do it but the next year is going to be really busy for us.We wont be able to use our house on Hammers island as much as we would like to. So i figured i would offer it to a wakeworlder before i offer it to the general public. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath 900 sq. ft. cabin style home central heat central air all dual pane windows. 270 degree view of the water.2 minutes to fast water.
looking for someone to sign a one year lease not month to month.$1000 a month first and last plus a small security deposit.If interested please email me at mohondrod@aol.com

That seems like a sweet deal. A nice 2K sqft home on deep water in Discobay rents for about $2000/mo now.

man ive been looking for a house to rent or lease on that island for a while and the one time i dont have any money a good one comes up for sale this sucks but w/e at least it only takes me about 15 minutes to get there from my house now

It is boat in only. It is just as you leave out of Rivers End Marina just outside the Tracy/ Mountain House area. Sweet deal. I definitely would have jumped on it last summer. All you need is a little 10' aluminum and your set.....well that and a barge to get furniture over. lol.

Definitely my favorite area of the Delta. It's less than a minute to Old River

It would be nice to setup 4 or 5 covered lifts off that place, store your boat there and go in with a few people bringing down the price to about what covered storage would be regularly and share the structure as a clubhouse if you will ...It could be like the 19th green for wakeboarding, plus storage...

Dubb is right you have to boat in but its less than a quarter of a mile.you park in a private parking lot which you share with the other homeowners on the island.You have your own birth to park 2 tin boats that come with lease also a paddle boat for happy hour tooling around and an 18 ft. canoe if you are feeling adventeraus.It is only 1 minute to Old River 3 minutes to GrantLine 5 minutes to Secret and less than 10 minutes to Victoria.
