Ok so I have an old skate deck and plan on using it but how do you guys attach shoes to the deck? Also thought about using an old roam. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated or any ideas for a tramp board that i can make?

I use/made a tramp board out of one of the OLD Liquid Force Foam Wakeskates. It works great. I basically "T-Bolted" some old O'brien Bindings on it. I used bindings opposed to shoes because when I mounted shoes to an old skate deck the screws hurt my feet being screwed though the sole of the shoe.

You can buy all the parts at the hardware store to mount up the bindings.

See if you can score an old LF Foamy wakeskate they work great.

You could take the grip tape off and use this stuff called plastic weld to make it stay.

andy:I took the insoles out of some old air force ones (stylin) then screwed em into an old deck and put the insoles back in. works like a charm, and I can feel good about myself because I recycled

I had really good luck taking some old Nike Airs and caulking them to a skate deck. I've been using it for 3+ years now...still holding strong. I caulked the snot out of them though...not just a little bit.

How about liquid nail or some epoxy?

jeff,
elmers should do

and andy I find that the high wrap and that strap up top help simulate the feel of the 2009 Ronix ones...
