how does MB measure up

I'm looking to pick up a new boat and I keep coming back to the 2007 MB B52 23V. I have a 2005 tige 22v and have been extremely dissapointed. I can't pick up a mc or a malibu, so is this my next best option. Just lookin for general feedback.

You next best option would be a Correct Craft...No comment on the MB other than I sold mine.

I have a 2007 MB B52V (22ft)
I have had zero problems.
The wake is awesome.
the surf wake is awesome too.
The fit and finish is great.
not sure what else to say.. I love my boat.

why cant you pick up a bu, location? dealer? it cnt be $ if your talking new mb. so why? what boat do you really want? if your talking brand new you can make any boat happen just sign on the line. and if its budget your looking at. dont buy one boat new over another one you really want thats a year old. get what you know you like. and if you dont know then go demo.

I have an '06 B52 V23 Team Edition. Other than the breakdown of the tower (which I no longer have to do), no complaints at all. Love the boat, love the wake. The dealer out here (Southern Ski Boats in VA) is top notch also. Really stands behind its product as well as the sport of wakeboarding.

If I hadn't bought the MB, I would have gone w/ the SAN 220.

i am on my 2nd mb and #2 has been a great boat i will say though that make sure if it is a new one and you want good dealer service do some research. i will say that 90% of them are great but there is always that 10% that mess things up. as far as the factory they have been nothing but great and have helped me out with anything that i have needed. i didnt buy my boat from alan at southern ski boats but i will second Dan in saying that they are a great dealership and have helped me despite the fact that it didnt come from them i think that they are totally committed to mbsport and i will also say etco marine is top notch. anyway good luck on your hunt and hope you get the boat you want and can enjoy for along time to come.

Ive got an older MB and have had no problems. Quality is great in my opinion. Put a little more than a thousand pounds in an older MB and it has a great wake.

I think it looks better on the B52 than it does on the Tomcat. I still havent come around to the Tomcat design. That B52 looks good though.

that tower is about the most hideous thing i've ever seen. It just looks "unfinished" to me.

That new '08 B52 looks nice! I spotted a few changes too. Windshield, board racks, top deck with contours (interior grew taller), lotsa Tomcat options- tower w/lights, mirror, dash, bow lights on the side, gas cap location with notched transom and swim step. The new B52 color scheme graphics follow the top deck contours and have a different pattern on the rear
deck and interior and a MB logo below the rub rail.

I just bought the 07 B-52 and love it. Went to the shop this morning and with a tear I saw the new 08 version of my boat. The tower is sick. Has a scissor like fold capability which is much easier that my current rack. How ever the 08 B52v is 21' instead of 22' All in all a sick boat imo
