Could possibly get for 45k. I feel like its a good deal. What can I expect to pay on a long term lone (10+ years) with a credit score 680+? Do dealers have much flexibility?

Check out the recent WW threads regarding loans. I dont know what you mean by "flexibility", but I would say 6% to 8% is the going rate. Decide what you want to put down and you can do the math from there. 45K is a great deal on a 08. I assume you are looking at the brown SANTE on Only-Inboards because I have never seen another one that cheap.
