Show some respect. If it wasn't for Greg, we wouldn't be riding some of the boards we ride today. If you work in a board shop in Orlando you should know that.

Greg is my idol. Totally looked up to him forever. Moved to Orlando and happened to move onto the same lake as him. It was one of the best experiences in my whole wakeboard career. He is the most down to earth person you will ever meet. Sick, sick rider who is always innovative. You have never seen wakeboarding till you have watched Greg ride from in his boat. End of Story

I thought that was pretty bad ass. And Talk about classic style! Some of that stuff reminds me of boombox, and that tantrum to blind is to me, quintisentially greg. Anyway, it's totally cool that nautiques had supported him all this time. he's kind of laid low the past year or so, so it was nice to get caught up and see what he's up to. I'm just psyched he's got a nice home in wakeboarding.

Classic Necrason style, I could watch him ride all day. I'm hoping he is going to be more visible this year with Company

dont plan on seeing a ton of actual riding coverage of him. he will for sure be in the scene but he has been retired for some time. the last few years he has been the LF rep out that way and now it looks like he is responsible for company wake on the east coast...but it is good to see that he is still motivated to be in the sport

I liked his riding and the last board at the end looked like a LF design. I could care less what board it was though.

Cool video. I like Greg's riding. I will say that is the first time I've ever heard somebody say that a boat drives better with more weight in it!! I guess you'll say anything to push your own product.

I enjoyed that. His riding is still unique and stylish. He didn't convince me to buy a Natique though.

Ha! Yeah, I love to see the Expo videos of riders trying to explain why their product is so good. It is the most generic talk ever. The only good video was of Darin when he kinda laughed at himself for trying to explain how their Watersports store was making tubing more core and up to date.

Necrason is the man!! Getting to meet him (& watch him ride from the boat) @ MWWF '04 was one of the highlights of my wakeboard career

C.I.E. J-Rod, you may have misspelled Nautique, but re-reading through this thread, I and about 20,000 other people misspelled "gregg" with "greg".

I was lucky enough to ride with Gregg around 2001 on his home lake. He is one of the great style riders around. I agree his shots in Wide Awake... are one of my favorites.. Rookie did an great job. In Florida, I shot some video of his riding.... I didn't turn the camera on right away... as to let him warm up... his first trick was a Huge stall to a 720! Unreal and I did not get it on film. Gregg is a super cool guy, and very humble. Glad the industry can keep great people employed. Aloha from Surf City, CA.
