Hey I am just curious if anybody wanted to learn to barefoot out in the delta this summer? the sport of barefooting is trying to attract more people into competition and it is alot of fun and pretty easy when you have the right equipment and coaching. If interested we'll set up clinics. anybody interested?

Cool Sam,
Apparently you are one of the brave few!
where's your place?
Do you have a barefoot suit? if not what size are you...S...M...L?
This will be happening near Orwood...Secret Slough...West Coast Barefooters training site...
you may have seen the bullet riddled green and white sign...will set up times and days as needed...

have you taken a class with Willie?
we'll see, I ski with him sometimes, he's pretty busy with the wife and kids, and is currently on the mend. if I get enough response I can possibly get him there but I am trying to do this without any fees for anyone...just gas money...this is aimed at total novice or person who has tried it and came close...and still has the desire to accomplish skiing on their barefeet.

will teach in the swing on the boom where it is impossible to fall and the speeds are much slower you learn without ever falling...then on to the boom itself, tumbling up or deep up, one foots, then 5 ft line tumble up, deep up, 360tumble turn 360tumble rev, 180tumble, 180 tumble rev, 4 tumbles to 1 foot...longline deep behind the boat...backwards deepwater on 5 ft off the boom...toeholds, hop, and thats just the beginning...

Barefooting is something I've always wanted to try. I had an opportunity 10 years ago but the guy before me fell and cracked a couple ribs...boat ride over. Count me in!

OK nice to see we're gettin' some bites.
As far as tickling: it is more like a killer foot massage, it does kinda tickle when it shoots between your toes...
And Bing Seto! too bad Carol is not footin anymore... that reminds me of my first barefoot tournament: Sunkist at oakland estuary

Check out these girls:
