Ok,

I am currently deployed to Iraq and missing the lake. I also hate the payment for the next year and a half and only being able to use the boat for a couple weeks a year.

My question, is what is the general consensus on how much of a beating I will take on a 2008 Supra 21V with 140 hours on it, if I were to sell it? I mean NADA lists 45,000, plus a couple other options they don't credit, like the Z-5 rack.

Hey brother, hope your keeping your head down. I was looking used and new, decided new because people were trying to sell used boats for new prices. So I guess if you paid a premium for your boat you are screwed, I just bought a fully loaded 2009 Sanger V215 with everything. under 40. last year boat was at 47+

Its definitely a buyers market... I bought my '08 Supra Sunsport 22V, fully loaded (340 hp, Z5 cargo, CNC prop, Gravity III, pull out heaters, upgraded stereo, rad-a-cage, 4 wheel disc brake trailer, LED's, Wakeboard Pro PPass, etc etc...) for $40k. MSRP on this boat was $64,000 with all the upgrades.

I shopped for used boats at first, but as Jason mentioned people are so upside down in there boats they cant sell them for there pay-off. If you own it outright you can price it to sell, otherwise you might have to take a loss on some of it. Or make the payments and hang on to it until you come back to the states.

Good luck, try posting it on craigslist, its free and gets a lot of hits every day.

P.S. Thanks for your service, its appreciated by all of us....
