I give up!!!!! Winterizing today! Help a bro out

OK...I WAS going to keep my boat (Tige 21V) un-winterized and hit it up a few times during the winter months......but, I leave for Jamaica on Wednesday morning, and it's supposed to be in the low 20's this week while I'm gone.....was planning to do a heater, and electric blanket on the cold nights and take off the next day.

So I went to Boaters World, and bought a drill pump, fogging oil, fuel stabilizer, and 4 gal's of bio-degradable anti-freeze and I have NO CLUE where to start.

How do you "drain" the engine, and is the engine the big noisy thing in the back? lol!

Seriously.....if anyone can walk me through this deal and tell me how you do your boat...I'd be most appreciative!

The drill pump...do I find a place to pump out the engine, or can I hook it to a heater hose or something and pump the water out? How do I know I have it all out and anti-freeze in??

The fogging oil....remove spark plugs and spray it in....is that it?

You won't need to drain the engine if you are using antifreeze.

Add Stabil and fill the boats gas tank. You should run the boat with a Fake-a-lake or something like that, to get the boat warm to change the oil. Thru the fake-a-lake and a hose, you can suck the antifreeze up from a bucket. Once is starts spitting antifreeze out the exhaust kill the boat. Change the oil, fog the plugs, you can spray cables with some lubricant to keep them from binding over the winter.

I pretty much do what lucky described (just yesterday as a matter of fact).
Add stabil and fill the tank.
Run the engine to warm it up.
Change oil/trans fluid.
Run again to make sure the thermostat is open (or remove thermostat).
Remove spark arrestor (if carbed).
Fill a 5gal bucket with antifreeze and use a short section of hose. I can't get my engine to prime from a fake-a-lake so I undid the strainer and stuck a hose on the impeller side.
Run engine until the bucket is empty and the antifreeze is spitting from the exhaust.
Spray a little fogging oil into the carb while its sucking antifreeze.
Shut the engine down, remove spark plugs and spray a little fogging oil in each cylinder. turn engine over by hand.
Re-install plugs and arrestor.
Loosen accessory belts.
Remove battery and electronics.
Clean boat inside and out.
