I have been using a friends board since I have been boarding and it's now time for me to buy one.

I want to buy a board that other people can learn on as well...

I am 5*4 115lbs....any suggestions?

Congrats on your future board purchase!

As for size, Id say go with a 134. Its a good size for you and it will be easy for others to learn on it as well (unless they weigh more than 180 lbs!)

what board were you riding before (model, size and year)? did you like it? what did you like and what didnt you like?

Based on that I may be able to give you some shape suggestions.

My wakeboarder instructor recommended this for my new board

1. Liquid Force
2. Ronix
3. HyperLite

Good Luck...Most boards you look at will give you specs. Look at your height and weight and you will be able to figure everything else out. 3 Stage rocker is always nice!

I have a three stage rocker. It's a 135 obrien skyla. I am 5'5 and weigh 110. The only thing I don't like about the board is that it gets pretty slippery in choppy water. It's a pretty quick board though. I have been told that a continuous rocker is easier for a beginner though if you want others to learn on your board.
