true statements. Not my boat, but a boat i was always on every other day this summer.. I wanted to weigh the front down more and the back down less, but we couldnt weight the front down anymore to avoid rollers, and the owner wanted the rear fat seat filled.. And yes, too much weight i wouldnt run that much in mine, but... hey, its not my boat!

Here's one for ya:

12 heads, 600 lbs of lead, 3 ice chests & stock ballast. It didn't last long, we were literally plowing through with water coming over the nose...

Beware that when a boat gets as low as that Brendella it is much more succeptible to rolling over. I almost discovered this the hard way with my 1995 Ski Nautique one day when it was overloaded it almost hi-sided in a slow turn.

Quinn - I here ya, I figured they were snapping anyways but not the case, after the quick set I realized it & had them grab one of the boat sitting deep. Here is a pic from this afternoon, 3 guys, 3 gals 500 in lead n stock ballast. Rider is @ 80 feet out. Its a lil washy from coming round the turn..

I saw a over loaded MC get swamped and cap size this weekend. Luckily all 16 people were ok.
