Posing for a pic to hang in our house.

Wow, you can really tell this is a California forum. In our neck of the woods I've never seen a Sanger on the water before and yet there has been more pictures then if someone said let's see your MC.

They really are a great looking boat. Wakestyle, I like the black yellow combo. I guess when someone asks advice on boats that's why you have 30 people suggest Malibu 15 suggest Sanger and 10 for all the rest(most of the forum members are from Cali). Those are the two big ones out there on the west coast right? Made out there I mean. Here, when I have a Malibu, that's the only BU on the lake, no sangers. Nice boats guys, one of these days I'd like to see what all the Sanger hype is all about.

Paul come on out and I can hook you up in a 210,215, and a 230, It's a great boat sacked out unsacked

Paul,

Sanger is made in California and only 300 or so are made a year but not only Californian's have them. Check out the "Sanger Owner's Club" thread and you will see there are quite a few in other states too... even on in Australia.

As far as this being a "California forum", that's not true at all. There is a very wide representation of other states as well as other countries.

Perhaps David Williams could post some stats on number of members from all the states?

Paul-
Proud Texan here happy to report that I just bought a Sanger and am pretty psyched about it. One of the things I like about it is that you don't see alot of them here. Makes it a bit more unique...

Congrats on the new boat. Do you have a dealer close by? Correct me if I'm wrong but don't Sangers have Merc's in them? I guess that should make it much easier to get service done if you ever need it. Merc service is pretty much everywhere.

Renee.

Not a Cali Wakeworld forum? It's not a big deal but I would say a good half of the regular posters on here are from California, if not more. Boats are very centralized, I just find it funny that when ever someone asks "which boat I should buy?" There are alway 5-1 posts that they should buy a Malibu. Not that they're bad boats, they're great. When you have the most people on the forum from one state and where BU's are made it may look to someone that doesn't know better that they are the be all and end all in boats. Just an observation from someone out of the Cali/Texas bubble.

There was a post just the other day about LSV vs X-30. There were 5 guys right away all from Cali I believe say the LSV. I don't think anyone said, maybe you should test them both and see which one you prefer. The poster came back and said, ya, I guess I'll go with the LSV. If he was comparing the old X-30 then ya I'd go with the LSV. However the new X-30, that's a well thought out really well made boat. I'd actually go with the X-30 myself. I don't care though, so I don't want to get into it with a bunch of fellow BU owners. Their goggles are too thick! They don't realize that our BU's are the worst handling boat on the water when we throw some weight in them and put the wedge down.

Daren, those are some beautiful shots of your V210. Where/how did you get your boat? I'm always curious how those out of state/country got their Sangers.

I was looking for a second hand boat to import and through this forum got hooked on Sangers. Barry (who is MIA now) gave me a helping hand and I ended up ordering a new boat direct from Scott P. As far as I know it was the first Sanger to NZ or Australia.

Its the front of the tower with some blue protective foam on it. The tower is folded down so the curved front part of the tower is sticking up. at least I think thats what it is.

Hey Tate I like them, you didn't stray to far from Sanger and blend in with the others (BU,MC,etc)..

It's basically same V-graphic that Sanger uses, but tweaked a bit to make it stand out more. Now, you can SEE what is says from a distance.

I am on a 2 year plan to get a Sanger. Here is my list of things to do so I can purchase my Sanger.

1. In one Month, Graduate college
2. Sell the house, relocate with girlfriend to Dallas, TX
3. Buy new house in Dallas Area
4. Buy furniture for new house
5. Buy new Truck
6. Sell my boat
7. But myself a new SANGER

and there is one important thing that should probalby come before getting the Sanger, but don't tell her that. I should probably get married somewhere in there, but I want the new boat first.

Also I would mind buying the boat from Semper, but it seems like it would be hard to servie it from Dallas. Plus I wonder if I could order one from Madera, what would be the cost to Ship it?
